Hey Revoltage, back in December 2025, we rolled out a warranty system for our customers. It was a limited coverage thing, originally for 2 categories of PC parts, with a cap on quantity. We covered 5 minor and 3 major components. But we are now deciding to simplify it a lot more and just offer up to 3 free repairs within a year for each PC sold through Revoltage Systems. That includes all assembled parts Central Processing Unit, (CPU) CPU Cooler, (AIO, liquid Cooler or Fan/Heatsink) Graphics Card, (GPU) Motherboard, Memory, (RAM) SSDs and NVMe Drives, (Storage) and Case or Case Fans.

Not Covered by Warranty

●Accidental or Physical Damage

● Foreign Parts/Components Not originally Installed by Revoltage

●Operating System 

●Data on broken or corrupted Storage Drives

Customers will still benefit 50% off repair cost If not qualified for a free warranty repair while still under an active warranty.

As for Insurance Plans we properly changed repairs from qualifying yearly to qualifying monthly for any issues your PC has rather it accidental or not unlike a warranty which limits your coverage to unintentional faulty hardware only and no accidental damage coverage.
